Light moves through this necklace the way it moves through a prism — fractured into every color at once. Two strands of faceted aurora borealis crystal beads graduate from small bicone spacers at the sides to large oval faceted crystals at the center front, the AB coating turning each bead into a tiny rainbow depending on how the light catches it.
The double-strand rhinestone box clasp is itself a little jewel — silver-tone with three inset rhinestones — and the extender chain at the back gives it a bit of length flexibility. This is classic 1950s–60s cocktail necklace dressing at its most effective: maximum sparkle, zero pretension.
Approximately 14” plus extender. Condition consistent with vintage age; clasp shows some patina. Please review all photos carefully.
