Very fragile antique condition with substantial age-related wear. The sheet has tears, creases, edge losses, staining/discoloration, folds, and numerous old tape repairs. Some areas have been reinforced or repaired historically with tape. The manuscript remains readable overall, including the title, date, musical notation, and composer/lyricist credits.
It has been left exactly as found. No attempt has been made to remove the old tape, clean, restore, or otherwise alter the manuscript.
