Whimsical vintage set of three ceramic nesting cows, each hand painted in classic black-and-white Holstein markings with peach-toned noses and hilariously expressive eyelashes.
The largest and middle cows separate at the center, allowing the progressively smaller cows to nest inside, Russian nesting-doll style. The smallest cow fits inside the middle cow, which in turn fits inside the largest.
Matte painted ceramic finish gives them a charming handmade folk-art appearance. Bottom is hand inscribed “Grace 8-92,” likely a previous owner/gift inscription dating the piece to August 1992.
Largest measures approximately 4” tall.
Condition: Vintage preowned condition with minor surface wear/marks consistent with age and handling. Please review photos, including interiors and nesting construction.
