Vintage Italian Madonna and Child figurine depicting the Virgin Mary holding the infant Jesus.
Measures approximately 5 inches tall and features a warm terracotta-colored finish with textured white detailing and metallic gold accents. The underside is hand-numbered and marked Italy.
Please note condition carefully: there is a chip/damaged area at the top of Mary’s head/veil, including a visible opening as shown in the photographs. Additional age-related surface wear may be present.
Despite the damage, this is a beautiful older devotional piece with lovely sculptural detail and Italian religious-art character.
