Vintage Mouli Grater Made in France Hand Crank Rotary Cheese Grater Red Handle
$22.95
A classic vintage French Mouli hand-crank grater with the wonderful utilitarian character of an old working kitchen tool. This metal rotary grater features its original red handle and is embossed MOULI GRATER / MADE IN FRANCE, along with U.S. patent numbers.
Designed to grate cheese and other foods by turning the side crank, it has a terrific industrial kitchen look today and would be equally at home in a vintage kitchen collection or displayed with French country cookware.
Shows substantial age-related surface wear, oxidation, discoloration and finish loss, all clearly photographed. Because of its age, I would sell it primarily as a vintage collectible/decorative kitchen tool rather than guaranteeing it for current food preparation.
