A wonderfully sweet vintage Christmas angel with all the cozy homespun character of late-1980s holiday decor. She wears a red dress with a plaid Christmas-tree skirt, yarn hair tied with red bows, padded wings, and carries a soft star embroidered “Peace.”
A hanger at the top allows her to be displayed on a wall, door, peg or holiday arrangement rather than simply sitting as a doll. The back is hand-inscribed with what appears to read 12-89, consistent with the style and construction of the piece.
Approximately 15” long. Preowned vintage condition with age-related wear, loose threads and the intentionally rustic construction visible in the photographs.
