A charming miniature woodland-style nativity from Cornerstone Creations, dated 2000, with a tiny Holy Family tucked inside a rustic moss-covered stable.
The stable is constructed with bark-like wood pieces and heavily covered in textured green moss, giving the scene the appearance of a little forest shelter. Inside are small ivory-tone figures of Mary, Joseph and the infant Jesus, softly detailed and nestled into the moss-covered base.
At roughly 5.5 to 6 inches wide and about 4 inches tall, it is small enough for a shelf, mantel, tiered tray or Christmas village display, but the heavy natural texture gives it more presence than its size suggests.
The underside label identifies it as Cornerstone Creations, copyright 2000, made in China for Cornerstone Creations of Chicago.
Condition: Preowned vintage condition with natural variation and age to the moss and bark materials. Some moss may be loose or shed during handling due to the nature of the material. Figures appear intact. Please review photos for exact condition.
